At UNWIND FOOT SPA LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making returns and refunds as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at service@unwindfootspac.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Follow the instructions we provide for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
